- Your truck or trailer number.
- The date and time it happened, and your time zone.
- What you were doing — a pre-trip, a load, a message, Guardian.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if you have one.
Who to ask first
If your carrier gave you this app and your question is about a load, a stop or your hours, your own dispatcher will answer faster than we can — they can see your record and we cannot act on it for you.
Write to us when the app itself is wrong: something won't save, a screen won't load, a number looks impossible, a notification never arrived.
How long we take
PTai Tracker is built and supported by a small team. We answer every message, usually within a working day. We would rather tell you honestly that something will take a week than promise you an hour.
This is not emergency support. PTai Tracker does not replace emergency services. If someone is hurt or in danger, call 911. If your truck is disabled on the road, use the roadside assistance button in the app to tell your office, and call your carrier.
